Once you have made any booking with us, you accept and agree with all terms and conditions set out below. The terms and conditions are all standard to the industry. Reservations

The bookings will only be valid until the date of departure from the hotel. Completing the reservation form will not constitute a confirmed reservation. www.hotelpridelolegaon.com will send you the confirmation of reservation by e-mail or by fax with a Hotel Pride booking reference number. We will not take any responsibility for your arrival at the hotel without our/your booking reference number.

Children Reservations

Up to 5 years there will no charge taken for room booking. In between 6 to 11 years there will be applicable 50% charge for room booking. From 12 and above the children will be considered as an adult at the time of booking.

Group Reservations

Please email your request with full requirements i.e. Rooms, Visa, Airport transfer, Meals, City Tours etc. to hotelpride.1329@rediffmail.com

Cancellations

Reservations may be cancelled up to 7 days and above 100% refund will be given and within 3-7 days 75% refund will be given and till 3 days 50% refund will be provided but within 24 hours no refund will be provided. All the refund will be provided by the Hotel Pride and Restaurant via either Online or Offline Banking Transaction.

Refund

All the refund will be provided by the Hotel Pride and Restaurant via either Online or Offline Banking Transaction. It may take up to 5-7 business days to credit the refund amount to your account.
